William (Bill) J. Page is President of PAGE Management Counsel Ltd.
PAGE Management Counsel Ltd. facilitates clients to:

- Mr. Page began his career as a Professional Engineer (Chemical) working in production, reservoir and logistics engineering for Imperial Oil Limited. He received his B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering (with Distinction) in 1971 from the University of Saskatchewan.
- In 1974 Mr. Page joined the national management consulting firm of Hickling-Johnston Limited, leaving as the
partner-in-charge of Edmonton to form PAGE Management Counsel in 1983. Mr. Page was appointed a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Management Consultants. He holds an MBA (1975) from the University of Alberta.
- Mr. Page was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 1989, having completed his legal degree in 1988 at the University of Alberta. He has combined his practice at PAGE Management Counsel with a legal practice at Ogilvie LLP since articling with Ogilvie in 1988/89. He is a registered trade-mark agent. His legal practice is generally in the area of intellectual property (copyright, trade-mark, licensing), competition, contracting and a general counsel practice.
- Mr. Page has worked extensively with both the public and the private sectors, for both large and small organizations. He combines his consulting input with his role as a facilitator to assist in defining required changes, assist in the change transition process, develop plans, resolve and manage conflict, develop teams, and improve organization effectiveness.
- Mr. Page continues his personal development program, and has recently completed the conflict management program at the B.C. Justice Institute. He remains an active member of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta. He has served as a volunteer instructor for Continuing Education (Public School Board) in the Law and the Layperson program, as a volunteer to APEGGA to deliver programs on ethics and ethical issues, contract management and negotiation, and intellectual property. He also served as Co-Chair for the Licensing Executives Society.
- He takes an active role in the community. Recent experience has included membership on the Board of Compassion House Foundation, dedicated to providing accommodation and support for women undergoing breast cancer treatment. He has also served on the Board of McMan Youth, Family and Community Association.
