Advisory: Organization

- Assist a resources organization to assess alignment of the technical groups to better meet the needs of the   organization and to more effectively utilize scarce resources.

- Assist the President of this manufacturer and marketer to establish a competitive organization.

- Advise management of a systems and procedures group to implement a user?oriented philosophy which delivered   drafting, methods analysis, systems and planning.

- Analyse the functions and process necessary to fully execute both planning and evaluation activities to support an oil   and gas company. Develop organization structure and processes.

- Review and realignment of oil and gas accounting groups to improve the productivity.

- Develop manpower plans for five years; establish allocations of major operating equipment; and develop new   administrative processes for working with a developing rural operation.

- Assist in the development of a regional based delivery organization for provincial government services in environmental   protection.

- Advise on the organization required for the provincial family and social services functions.
